This concern is started business as construction and printing sector by Morhum Habib Ullah Khan, founder of the group in 1960. The construction business is conducted by Habib Assets Limited from 2012. Business area of the company is heavy construction with consulting service. We do the construction jobs of heavy industrial structure, roads, high way, power plant, bridge, culvert, , building etc. The main shareholder of the company as follows: 1. Mr. Mohammad Ohidul Alam Khan, Chairman; 2. Mr. Mohammad Obaidul Hoque Khan, Managing Director; 3. Mr. Mohammad Fazlul Hoque Khan, Director; 4. Mr. Mohammad Nurul Alam Khan, Director and 5. Mrs. Mosammat Roksana Kahnom, Director.

Our Experiences
The Company has participated in construction work in New Haripur Power Plant 360mw (as subcontract work with Hyundai Korea and Beximco Engineering), Hatirjheel_Begunbari development project, PHP Float Glass Industries Ltd., Khan Jahan Ali Bridge over Rupsha river, Dhaka – Sylhet Highway, Dhaka – Khulna Highway, Khan Habib Heights (commercial building), Rose Garden (residential building) etc. This is also mention able here that Khan Habib Heights building (address: 28, Katalgonj, Panchlaish, Chittagong, Bangladesh) is own building which is concern own corporate address. This building is rented to Delta Health Care Chittagong Limited without the west part of 10th floor which is corporate office of the group
